I am an evidence-informed chiropractor and am very excited to have recently relocated back “home” to the Ottawa Valley. My approach to patient care combines manual therapy with patient education, self-care strategies, and therapeutic exercise prescription. I have additional training in contemporary medical acupuncture, as well as pregnancy-specific treatment techniques and postpartum rehabilitation.
Common conditions that I treat include: neck pain, back pain, headaches, “sciatic pain”, numbness/tingling, acute injuries (ex. sprain/strain), repetitive injuries, chronic pain, osteoarthritis, joint pain (from head to toe).
